The transport provided by us is always with A/C, comfortable and appropriate in size to accommodate the number of pax booking the tour. Any extra mileage done out of the agreement will be charged for as extras. Train rides of Jeep hires on safaris can be paid direct by the Guest or added to the package on agreement. In the event of the Guest not arriving on the stated date and not keeping us informed. The transport cost to Airport from Colombo and back to Colombo will be charged.
                   
..:: ACCOMMODATION ::..

Accommodation is provided as per agreement. The star category and other information on each hotel will be provided by us at the stage of negotiation. Any upgrading or change of Hotel after agreement is confirmed will be subject to a revision of quotation.

 
                   
..:: OTHER SERVICES ::..

You will be met by our guide and representative on arrival or pick up venue. The Guide will remain with Guest until tour ends our quotation is usually with English speaking Guide and a Guide speaking the Language of your choice could be provide on request at an extra cost.
                   
..:: PAYMENTS ::..

Payments may be made in currency of Dollars U.S, Euro or Pounds Sterling. Payment by Visa Credit Card are accepted and in the event, Bank handling charges will be added to the Bill. An advance payment of 5% of the Total Bill is to be paid at the point of confirmations and the balance on arrival.

The total payment could be made on arrival on prior arrangement.

An advance payment of 25% of the total bill is expected on bookings made for (Peak Period) the month of December.
