Detailed Itinerary
DAY 01 : AIRPORT / COLOMBO
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, met by "Don Voyage" Representatives and proceed to hotel in Hotel in Colombo.

p.m. City and Shopping.
CITY & SHOPPING
The City Tour will include places of Tourist interest such as Old parliament, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Buddhist Hindu Temple and Town Hall.
Shopping at Odel, House of Fashion, Bare foot and etc.

Overnight stay at Hotel in Colombo.

DAY 02 : COLOMBO / HIKKADUWA
Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Hikkuduwa.
P.m. Deep sea fishing or Diving.

DEEP SEA FISHING
Trolling off the deck of a Fishing Boat where the thrill of Angling is at the Highest.

DAY 03 : HIKKADUWA / GALLE / YALA
Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Yala. En route visit Galle.

GALLE
An ancient city which is a modern and buzzing town today. It was the most important sea port way back in history, where the sea faring merchants arrived to trade and barter. This is also where the Portuguese first set foot in the year 1505 and built a fortress, Which was later captured and fortified by the Dutch. The fortress is one of the best preserved in the island. A visit to the fortress and to watch the sunset from the rampart is an experience unforgettable.

The oldest Protestant church in the country called the ‘Groote Kirk’ built by the Dutch is located inside the Fort. It is situated close to New Oriental Hotel also built by them as the Governor’s Residence in 1684
P.m. safari at yala National park.

RUHUNUN NATIONAL PARK.
visit Ruhunu National Park at Yala. This will include a Safari tour by jeep with a jungle tracker, where you can see animals in the Jungle; including elephants , Bears, Wild boar, Dear, Buffalo, Monkeys and many other animals if you are lucky, leopards too. You also could see different types of birds. It’s a small experience for bird watch lovers.

DAY 04 : YALA – AT LEISURE

DAY 05 : YALA / ELLA
Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Ella Adventure Park.

DAY 06 : ELLA / NUWARA ELIYA
Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Nuwara Eliya.
Nuwara Eliya, the misty city is located over 6000 feet above sea level.
The drive will be through refreshing Tea Plantations covering the hills like carpets and cascading waterfalls to mesmerize you.
Arrive in Nuwara Eliya to be greeted by the fresh wintry atmosphere, the cottage type bungalows and the colonial air. ( Nuwara Eliya is also known as “Little England”)

DAY 07 : NUWARA ELIYA / HORTON PLAINS / KITHULGALA
Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for Horton Plains.

HORTON PLAINS
Horton Plains situated 7200 feet above sea level covers an area of 7000 acres. Cool water springs which are the starting points of many rivers are found here. This plains formally called the Mahaweli Plains was renamed after the second British Governor of Sri Lanka who was Robert Wilmot Horton.
One of the greatest Nature walk could be done at Horton Plains.
Walking through rhododendron Giant fern and occasionally crossing a brooke you arrive at Bakers Fall which is named after Thomas William Baker the pioneer of farming.
You will also view the Breath Taking sight of worlds end which is a steep precipice, A sight to behold.

DAY 08 : KITHULGALA / KANDY
Breakfast at Hotel.
Leave for Nature Walk at Kithulgala on Kelani River.

NATURE WALK – KITHULGALA.
Across the Kelani River Kithul Gala lies a patch of Nature Reserve which is so rich in Bird Life and Natural Beauty. Crossing the River on a premitive canoe you enter this thickly wooded sanctuary where you will see Birds butter flies, lizards, Frogs, Fish and even the Tarantula Spider.

Next White water rafting.

WHITE WATER RAFTING
Fun and excitement of white water rafting down the kelani River rated at 2 / 3 is indeed a great experience. Clearing seven rapids over a run of six kilometers and passing the Film site of the famous Film Bridge on the River Kwaii ( Where the Bridge was Blasted).

Proceed to Kandy en route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphange.

PINNAWALA ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE
Elephant Orphanage, the foster – home of elephants of different age and size feeding, bathing, playing together and even mating. These have been found injured or left abandoned in the wilderness. There are even little baby calves born in captivity.

DAY 09 : KANDY
Breakfast at Hotel. Leave for visit Botanical Gardens.

BOTANICAL GARDEN
Visit the Botanical Garden Peradeniya. Which was a pleasure garden of a Kandyan King of the 16th Century and later made in to a Botanical Garden during the British regime.
P.m. Visit art and craft centre and Gem Bureau where you will be shown a documentary film on how Sri Lankan Gem mining is traditionally done

enjoy a typical Sri Lankan Cultural Show of Drumming Dancing music and fire walking.

TEMPLE OF THE TOOTH OF RELIC
Visit the Temple of the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha. This temple, the most important one for The Sri Lankan Buddhists was built in the 16th Century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic.

DAY 10 : KANDY / WASGAMUWA
Breakfast at Hotel and Proceed to wasgamuwa.

p.m SAFARI CAMP OUT IN NATIONAL PARK WASGAMUWA.

o On arrival at the camp, a welcome drink will be served
o While enjoying the drink, camping rules is presented guests, and finishing it they are free to take a bath in the river before or after lunch.

o Back to camp, after refreshing wash in the river or from the camp shower.
o BBQ dinner (buffet) will be served around the campfire.
o Relax around the campfire before retiring for the day.

DAY 11 : WASGAMUWA / SIGIRIYA
Breakfast at Camp. After breakfast, which will be served at 0630hrs, the guests will be driven on the morning safari.

proceed to Sigiriya.
P.M. visit Sigiriya Rock.

SIGIRIYA ROCK FORTRESS
Climb the Lion Rock Fortress of Sigiriya which contains beautiful frescoes of heavenly maidens with flowers and fruit baskets and a palace garden with an intricate irrigation system - Sigiriya is called the 08th Wonder of the World. This was the Royal Citadel of King Kasyapa who ruled in the 5th Century A.D.

DAY 12 : SIGIRIYA / TRINCOMALEE
Breakfast at Hotel.
Leave for Trincomalee to visit hot springs at Kinya.
p.m. Fishing and Barbeque & fun

DAY 13 : TRINCOMALEE
Breakfast at Hotel and visit Nilaweli Beach
p.m. at leisure .

DAY 14 : TRINCOMALEE / NEGOMBO
Proceed to Negambo.
p.m. at leisure
Overnight stay at Hotel in Negombo.

Day 15 :COLOMBO / AIRPORT.
